• They monitor all aspects of aircraft operations, from pre-flight preparations to in-flight emergencies. 
• They also collaborate with pilots and other crew members to ensure that the aircraft functions smoothly. 
• Delivers instructions on how to operate the plane, handles any problems that may arise during flight, and always ensures everyone’s health and safety. 
• They supervise the aircraft safety and maintenance crews to guarantee that all security and operational checks are fulfilled. 
• Flight dispatchers must be meticulous in order to ensure that pilots and passengers receive accurate information. For the flight to take off safely, they must be able to read and grasp flight plans as well as meteorological data. 
• To keep the plane on track, they must be able to analyse and interpret data from radar and other aviation equipment.
